About Vance Vision Clinic
At Vance Vision Clinic, Dr. Dustin Vance and associates are committed to providing comprehensive care for all of your eye health needs including: eye health examinations, eye injuries, contact lens fitting, screening for and management of ocular diseases.

Dr. Vance obtained his Doctorate of Optometry at Southern College of Optometry (SCO) in Memphis,TN. He completed additional externship training in ocular disease at Southern Eye Associates in Memphis, TN, in family eye care at Whitley and Hughes Family Eye Care in Covington, TN and at The Eye Center at SCO. Dr. Vance has a special interest in all aspects of eye care with a focus on primary family eye care and ocular disease, as well as pediatric eye disorders. 

He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association. Dr. Vance is married to Talli Vance, an Occupational Therapist. He is a member of the Mountain Home Lion's Club, the Cotter-Gassville Chamber of Commerce and is a volunteer physician at the Mountain Home Christian Clinic. He enjoys the lakes, rivers, hiking, fishing, cooking, and spending time with family.

Dr. Alley Reid Meredith moved to Mountain Home at a young age and graduated from Cotter High School. She received a BS in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. After graduating with honors, Dr. Alley attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. While at Southern College of Optometry, she received training in many areas concerning the visual system, as well as, management of ocular conditions including: diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes, autoimmune disorders, cataracts, injuries, allergies and post operative care of cataract and corneal/ refractive surgery. She also has training in ophthalmic lenses and contact lenses, including: toric, multifocal and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Alley also has experience with pediatrics, screening and diagnosing binocular vision disorders.
While attending optometry school, Dr. Alley served as a member of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists where she cared for patients in third world countries through mission trips. She was also the President for the Arkansas Student Optometric Association during her time at SCO where she advocated for fellow Arkansans to return to the Natural State upon graduating.
Dr. Alley is a member of the American Optometric Association and Arkansas Optometric Association.
When not providing the best eye care for her patients. Dr. Meredith enjoys being outdoors with her family, painting, swimming and being creative. She has a passion for art, cooking and baking. She loves spending time with her twin daughters and husband. She is excited and thankful to be back in her hometown, giving back to this wonderful community.

A native of Arkansas, Dr. Winn Meredith grew up in a small town outside of Jonesboro. He began his academic career at Arkansas State University where he received a BS in Biology and a minor in chemistry. Following college Dr. Winn attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. While at Southern College of Optometry, he received training in many areas concerning the visual system. Dr. Winn's training includes management of ocular conditions, such as: diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes, cataracts, injuries, allergies and post operative care of cataract and corneal/refractive surgery. He also has training in ophthalmic lenses and contact lenses, including: toric, multifocal and specialty contact lenses. While attending optometry school, Dr. Winn served as a member of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrist where he cared for patients in third world countries through mission trips. During clinical training, he received and Outstanding Clinician Award for his approach to patient care. Dr. Winn is a member of the American Optometric Association, Arkansas Optometric Association, AOA infantSEE, and a participant in Brandon Burlsworth Eyes of a champion program.
Outside of treating his patients, Dr. Winn enjoys spending time with his kids, attending church, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys archery, fishing and camping. He loves watching his kids grow and learn and spending time with his family. He is excited to be part of such a wonderful community.
